typical what is the per sq foot of building a house at the moment.
I am thinking of something around 1600 per sq foot
If for e.g. this is 100 euro what does this include.

Hi Barnes,

I'm about to start building myself. I reckon I'll have it for about €100 a sq ft, this is a contract build (house completed except for decorating, fixtures and fittings (apart from basic sanitary ware). If you go direct labour you'll get it cheaper. Good luck with it.
 
Dublin Area, QS are quoting 165-175 contract finish( not decorated , water, power and basic bathroom and kitchen) this excludes site price.

Rural 130-140 per Square foot
