cost of a a fire cert.

I have just received planning for my house and I am waiting for a fire cert. from my engineer. Its a normal 3 bedroomed city house and I was wondering what is the usual price of a fire cert.

You definitely dont need a fire cert. for a house. Maybe he said final cert.

A Certificate of Compliance with planning and incorporating identity is what you will need when the house is completed. If your engineer supervises the construction of the house this should be included in his fee
