Cosmetic Dentistry

2 of my front teeth are crooked and I was wondering if getting veneers would correct my smile? I haven't looked into this at all yet and must meet my dentist to see what he recommends. I'd love to hear from someone who has had this done - is the veneer really noticeable up close? How much can I expect to pay for this in Ireland? Is going abroad a good option? I've heard of people going to places such as Budapest to get dental work done? Has anyone recommendations for there?

Have you been to see an orthodontist? Are the teeth actually damaged or just crooked? It might be better to have them straightened if they are ok otherwise (using a brace)....I'm certainly not an expert on this..but a close friend had veneers fitted and had a lot of issues with them over time and experienced a lot of pain.
