Do you have a mortgage? If so there is an additional charge of €125, also if a new folio has to be opened, an additional charge of €60, to prove to your financial institution that the charge has been registered in due course, either a folio, filed plan or land certificate ( charges of up to €25 each), if a cert of charge is needed, an additional €6.
By the way, your solicitor is merely passing on the land registry fees to you- not charging you for them as such. These are government office fees, and have no advantage to your solicitor.
