Correct amount to enter for health expenses on form 11

Hi

Question on filling out health expenses on form 11 that might be able to answer here. If your health expenses for the year is €1,000, should you enter that amount of €1,000 on the form, or should you only enter 20% of that figure, so enter €200 on the form?
