Is Corona significantly more expensive than Sol? I always thought the two were relatively similiar in price (and taste)....are paying top price for Corona

Anyone else notice that some well known bars are giving Sol beer instead of Corona when you have actually asked for and are paying top price for Corona
How are you being 'abused'? All you have to do is say "sorry I asked for a Corona not a Sol" and then if they say they've no corona you can accept the sol or not, you can also chose to leave the pub as well.Is this legal not to mention the fact that as a consumer I am being abused with a take it or leave attitude.

Whats the problem here, a barperson trys to give you Sol after asking for Corona, you say I asked for Corona do you have Corona ? If not then you chose to take Sol or order something different. They are hardly forcing you to take it.
If I asked for a Budweiser and was given Heineken I would refuse it, if I asked for a lager I afford the barperson an opportunity for them to give me what they like in the line of lagers and shouldn't complain.
So if I ask for a Corona then I should get a Corona, there is no "they are giving Sol beer instead of Corona", sure just don't accept it. If you do you have nothing to complain about.
The problem is a deliberate and concerted effort on the part of retailers to pass off one product as another. It's not like the staff are making a mistake...it's a company policy to make money much like the other thread mentioned (which I started) The customer is deliberately being given a different product without being notified.
