Can someone tell me if these have a timing belt or a chain? 'Bought the car 2 months ago-VERY pleased with it!Pricey,but worth it!

AFAIK all vvti engines have a timing chain.

I have a Corolla VVti and was told that it doesn't have a timing belt if its VVti.
