Hi all,

I am aware that there are loads of posts and topics covering the Bray & Shankill areas but am trying to get more specific area information, if possible. I am looking into moving towards this area of Bray, I have noticed that there is usually a selection of houses in Corke Abbey and also the Seapoint Court area.

I have read bits about the proposals for the old golf course in the area. I work in Dublin city centre and the missus takes care of the house and kids.

I have two daughters under 10, can anyone tell me if these would be good areas to buy?

Thanks in advance

Corke abbey, I would think carefully. There are two industrial estates and it add to the traffic. You will see a lot of trucks on the main stretch. The back areas are a little quieter. Seapoint would be the better option.
