I am moving to Cork along with a growing number of people these days and planning on staying there for a few years (3-5) while the construction boom is in full flow.
I a not from the city and would appreciate any local advice as to areas to consider / avoid more than I will get from estate agents.
I am considering in purchasing in the price range €350 - €400k. I am looking for a 4 bed house in an area were I can get access to the city and still leave my car outside in reasonable safety.
My medium term outlook for this property is to sell this on when I leave the city and this would be part of my consideration when buying.
