Hi, I am looking at a one bed house in Cork city that needs a revamp of an architect to turn it into a more user friendly home for an elderly couple.
The house has the basics done like wiring,heating and plumbing however it needs a revamp of the upstairs to get it back to two bedrooms plus ensuite. There is a bathroom already upstairs. The roof space is a possibility as I went up in the attic and you can stand up straight in the middle, it's a tad over 2 mtrs high.
Does anyone know of or reccomend someone or a company who would be interested and take on small projects like this??
