Does any body any know any delivery firms that would carry items from Cork to Dublin?
 
It's a main linehaul route for all the big carriers, TNT, DHL, FedEx (they all have depots in Cork), along with loads of smaller domestic only carriers.

FEDEX don't do domestic (intra ireland) deliveries

I use Interlink or UPS for this route (overnight)

you could use Fastrack (via train) for same day - overnight service

check them out online
 
From personal experience, I've found Fasttrack cheaper than Interlink.

You'd also want to make sure your tiles were wrapped up well, I wouldn't trust either company to be honest.
 
Couriers would work out too expensive for heavy items such as tiles. Best to try someone like Murphy Transport or Irish Express Cargo - not sure if they do one-off domestic work but worth a phonecall. You could also try Irish Removals based in Douglas - they do regular runs from Cork to Dublin and could include you in a part load?
