Cork County Council Online...how do I see house plans?

How do I check online a planning application of a neighbour in the Cork County Council website? I can use the following link
to see that planning has been applied for but where do I get details on the house? Do I need to call to the planning office in person? Thanks.

yes you need to call to planning office in person. All you need to have is the planning reference which you can get online. I know they used to have pc's available to look up the planning reference there before but don't know if they still do since they moved into the new office
