Copying directory from Siemens 4012 phone to Siemens Gigaset A160.

I need to copy the directory from a Siemens Eircom 4012 phone to a Siemens Gigaset 160 phone and I'm just wondering if there is an easy way to do this? Hopefully I won't have to input all the numbers over again

I've also read and reread the instructions and can't seem to get the knack of setting up the messaging on the A160. Any tips?
