Copy of last years F11 return required

I filed a form 11 last year and need to do so again this year. My problem is that I didn't keep a copy of the figures. I requested a copy of the form among other things earlier in the year but has not arrived. Can I just go into city centre office and get a copy there and then ? Or is there a special phone number I can contact to get same ?

Go to www.revenue.ie and click into contact locator. Input your PPS number and the phone number for your tax district will appear, ensure you select Income tax from drop down menu. This will give you the phone number and email address of your Income Tax district. Either phone or email them and request copy to be issued to you.

the 2006 notice of assessment would have most of the figures you filed on it. you would have received one of these. the only thing missing would be account figures which should be same as accounts you prepared.
