Is it possible to get a copy of your contract from your lender?
Coming off a 3 year fixed at 5.49%.
In a conversation with someone at the lender the other day,I asked what is the situation when I come off this in Oct.Was told I will be going onto a variable,no,hang on,he said-a tracker at 2.25%(hurrah!)
Thing is I cant find my docs anywhere at the moment-suspect I may have left them in my desk at work.
I have two documents,when I find them- one states I will go on a Variable,the other says I will go on a tracker,couldnt work out which was The One!Tryin not to get my hopes up-but from talking to the guy at the lender,hes got the details on a screen there in front of him,so it must be true,right?
I'd just like a second copy anyway for safe keeping.
One more question-if I do go onto a tracker-how long does it last for,is this set for a certain number of years-it hardly lasts for the duration does it?
