Cooling Off Period

Last Friday I took out a 15mth Term A/c with EBS and now would like to cancel it.


Is the cooling off period, 7 working days.
Will I incur any costs if I pull out.
Do I have to give a Reason (though this is not a problem)

Anyone got a link to the fact sheet, so I can bring it with me for back up.
