cookery night classes recommendations

Dear AAM,

I am looking to do an evening class cookery course, i noticed some of the local schools (live in northside Dublin ) offer them and prices are reasonable, as cannot afford specific cookery schools. Has anyone tried them and think they are good, not looking for gourment cuisine, but have to try and improve my skills as eating the same things all the time!

Hi there,

I did a cookery course in Coolmine Community School(v near blanch shopping centre) before christmas with a chef called Derek. I would recommend it(not associated at all with school).
