I went to one in Crumlin VEC before. It was about €100 for 10 weeks and was fantastic. Really enjoyed it and learned loads! Was about intermediate level.

The Dublin cookery school. Very good. not exactly in the city centre, it is in Blackrock, but yu could get most of the way on the DART.
they run all sorts of courses, day, weekend, Christmas, month long intensive.
I have no affiliation with them btw.

Yes would second the recommendation for the Dublin Cookery School. Fab new facility. Great fun classes. Did some last year. Loved it!

I did a cookery course with Colaiste Chiarian in Leixlip about 2 years ago. It was aboug €80 for 8 weeks and then after that because everyone enjoyed it so much, he did a further 8 weeks. Really enjoyed it.

Am late replying to this thread but would also highly recommend the Dublin Cookery School. Just finished a course there and some attendees had done courses in the Cooks' Academy as well and much preferred the Dublin Cookery School.

No affiliation other than a former pupil...
