Conveyancing - Warranty/General Condition 36

Hi,

If a vendor is wishing to sell a property will the vendor always provide a warranty to the purchaser, per General Condition 36, assuming that all planning permissions are in order?

Yes. If there's any attempt to waver from Condition 36, walk away - planning is not in order, and you'll be faced with headaches in the future, and nobody will buy it from you unless you have it sorted.
