Conveyancing through move.ie

Hi,

Has anybody any experience of using the solicitors through moving.ie for conveyance. I am looking to sell my current house and buy another and have been quoted by various solicitors from €2,900 to €4,500. They also advised me not to use the “yellow packs”

In my experience, you get what you pay for with professional services. 9 out of 10 "yellow pack" conveyances will not have a problem, but the one with the complicated and problematic title that was missed because the purchase was done on the cheap can cause serious heartache for the owner stuck with it
