convert from pdf files to mp3

i need to convert college files to mp3 anybody know how. Adobe will read the files but i need to record them.

If you already have a way of getting an ADOBE file read out loud, then you appear to need something to record off the sound card to MP3. I used to do this a lot, before podcasts became popular, using a free CD ripper tool called CDEX. I'm sure there are other such solutions out there.

Hi - you sure you have the correct extensions? PDF - is a for documents... mp3 are music files... What are "college files"? And what do you need to convert "to"?
