Friends brother has job in small delivery company and got offered a job with another company to start on 21st March
Went to give notice but was unaware that he had to give 4 weeks, which is in his contract, and the other company want him to start on the 21st
His present employers say because he is only going to give 2 weeks notice they are going to deduct 4 weeks salary
Not sure what holidays he is entitled or taken to but where is the best place for him to get advice Dept of Employment
