hey all, went sale agreed on a property on 22 feb and the contracts have finaly arrived with the solicitor. He say's it will take a week for him to go through them and before we can go in and sign them prior to sending them back to the sellers solicitor for them them to counter sign.
does it usually take this long from when the seller sends the contracts to our solicitor to them getting them back signed by us?
how long after we sign them should we expect to close the sale?
getting a little worried as i think the solicitor may be taking his time unecesarily and as we have signed nothing yet the seller can still pull out at any time?
