Contract sent without MUD pack

Hi Folks,
In the process of selling my apartment and the contracts were issued to the buyer without the MUD pack.
I would have expected that they are usually issued in tandem? Would that be correct?
Seems like my solicitor forgot to request the MUD pack from the managing agent which has since been actioned, but seems odd... When my solicitor was sending out the contract, how could he forget the MUD pack.. What am I missing here?
Its obviously delaying the process as the buyer wont look at the contract without the MUD pack.

Its part of the role of your solicitor to request the appropriate documentation, including the MUD pack as that will include some detail they require.
 
I got caught with this too and was charged €500 by the management company for the MUD pack so make sure you have paid the fee or it won't get issued
