Anyone use these brokers to obtain an overseas mortgage.

Are they good and efficient.

Word of warning, it works with one of the biggest names in the overseas property game, put it this way, pay down 20-30% to the developer and this company is suppose to get the other 70% for you, problem is 1-3 months after you do all the paper work, you are refused the funds for the property and then what’s happens.
You have a contract with a developer for a property for payments and can’t pay the other 70%, either get the money somewhere else or lose the property and your 30%
Kept this in mind, I would go to one of the high street lenders in Ireland or where the property is abroad, as bad as they might be, you will not be messed around and most will have pre-approved you loan before contracts for the property.
