Ordered a service over the phone 2 weeks ago. I am now receiving the service after having it installed by an installer since last week. My wife signed the contract and agreed to the terms an conditions.
However they supplied me with an extra piece of hardware which my wife also agreed for them to install. However I was not told this when I bought the service over the phone. But on the contract my wife signed it did say this was an optional extra. I want to cancel the service now because of this.
Have I go a leg to stand on? They offered me a refund but I refused. Told them if they dont charge me for the extra hardware I would not cancel the service.
