If you write to the Marketing Dept of say BOI and AIB ,I feel that since that is over 7 years ago and not now commercially sensitive, they would give you the generality of Consumer Rates at that time.
You would need to give a reason for your request eg Commerce Studies.
On Consumer Business there could be a large variation on Rate ,
eg. Well known customer , had dealt A1 a few times 7%..
First time borrower maybe 11%.
Customer with solid Guarantr 9%
