Constantly switching mortgage for cashback deals

Hi,
Has anyone done this by any chance and is it possible?
Just finished a 3 year fixed mortgage with Ptsb and currently switching to BOI variable to get the 2% cashback or €5000 in my case after 45 working days. My costs are €1250 solicitor fees and €180 valuation leaving me a profit of €3670. My query is to as if after the cashback is paid by BOI, would it be possible to switch back to Ptsb, who have the same offer available or one of the other lenders who have cashback offers for new customers.
 
There are plenty of examples of previous posters doing this so have a look back at old posts.

An issue you might have is that a potential lender will likely specify a minimum time with your current lender.

Have a look through the old posts but I think the advice for switching in quick succession was to get multiple mortgage approvals before you started the switching process and to have an accommodating solicitor to run though them all without raising it with each new lenders.
