Im trying to find information regarding replacing an existing conservatory roof with a solid roof. The conservatory is 12ft circular with the normal glass roof but due to noise/cleaning/space issues Id like to change it and use it more as living space. There is already two electric sockets & a radiator installed so I really just want to get the roof converted so it will become more of a sunroom.
I believe its possible & cheaper to get some lightweight tiles? and this does not warrant much building work/disturbance as doing a traditional roof?
Has anyone already done this?
What exactly is involved and any estimate of price?
Would you have any contact of companies around dublin area?
