Conservatory Quote

I've ha a couple of quotes of €26,000 for a 3.5m x 2.5 m conservatory, to be instaled on a balcony so no doors, foundations etc-it this considered excessive ?

To me that seems expensive. I used this crowd last year and found them excellent for both price and standard of work. I don't know where you are located in Ireland, but they told me at the time that they get an awful lot of work down the country too. If they haven't quoted you already, they are well worth getting a quote from.
