Connection a TV to a Computer Monitor ?

Would anyone have advice ?

- Can I connect a TV by cable to a Computer Monitor Screen (both are modern), in order that I can view TV on the Monitor screen (which is bigger than the TV) ? Would a Scart connection work ?

HDMI cable is the best bet - any pc world type place will have them. Check both the pc and tv have HDMI connections first though.

With SCART and SVideo there are usually problems with black and white picture, as mentioned HDMI is the way forward

Main issue will be with the TV, what model is it and what AV outputs does it have?

There are better ways of doing this. Why not put a TV card in the PC and eliminate the TV altogether? What TV services are you using? Standard aerial, Sky, NTL?
