If you want your own webpage with that kind of thing on it, get a gmail address, then go to pages.google.com, login with your gmail address to set up your own web pages (its very easy to do) , theres a pretty extensive list of add-ins, weather, news, sudoku etc, and also games, one of which is called bejewelled, which the game in that link is based on.
