Confirmation Number Required

Hi,

Might be a stupid question but are you required to have your confirmation number when checking in with Ryanair? i.e. is it sufficient to just had over your passport...

How did i lose my confirmation number.......long story :eek:

Yes, Ryanair generally do look for the confirmation number, in Dublin certainly (I've often just been asked for surname when on the return flight especially in Bournemouth airport).

However, if you have the credit card bill which includes the charge, the payment detail for Ryanair may include the confirmation, so all might not be lost. Only discovered this recently on my own CC bill!
 
You should be able to check in without confirmation number. However I lost mine as well a couple of weeks ago, and a week before the flight I got a new email from Ryanair Travel advisory with my itinerary and confirmation number, so you might get one as well. Otherwise just call them and I am sure they can look it up for you
 
Check-in is about 9 hours so fingers crossed it will ok........thanks for the replies
