I have a 3 bed condo in Orlando which is almost at the end of a one year leaseback agreement. I have the option of staying on with the same rental management company (with 40% commission charged for each rental!) or sourcing another holiday rental company. Can anyone suggest a reliable company for this or does anyone have any experience of long-term letting rather than short-term holiday lets? Any advice would be much appreciated..
