Condensation on outside of windows

Fitterd new windows this year - double-glazed uPVC, and notice now with the cooler damp mornings that condensation is forming on the outside of them overnight, something which never happened with the old alu d/g units.

I'm assuming that's a good sign, i.e. that there is no heat loss, or at least not enough to prevent condensation from forming outside. Am I right?

Don;t mean to highjack this thread but if I am experiencing internal condensation in a new semi-d with double glazing, this is still natural is it not? (I am not heating the house at the moment). Seems to happen moreso to the back (west facing) windows than to the front and only noticed it since four weeks ago.
