concrete or clay roof tiles

im at roof level of a new build and now have to decide what roof tile to go with we have it narrowed down to quinn lakeland concrete which is 0.58 a tile a total of 3200 are need so thats €1,856+vat and the clay is called cassius they are 1.50 a tile so that is €4,800+vat so thats nearly a 3grand diffrence also have a garage that will need 1000 tiles thats 580 for quinn and 1500 for cassius thats 1000 euro on the garage in total id save €4000 if i went concrete, can anyone tell me have they either tile and are they happy with them.
 
I think you have to put what you applied for on the roof.

Read your planning permission documents.
