Computershare/Share Centre closing my account re Aviva shares?

hi lads,

By the way, I got a letter from computer share (The share Center) re: my holding of Aviva shares. They are closing my account with effect from 30 September 2019 - No mention of the status of my current shareholding and what happens to future dividends. As for getting through to them - forget it - no phone number on the letter and the phone number that's available on seems to be closed down. Any advice on this would be gratefully received.

are you sure that Computershare and The Share Center are the same entity?

My understanding is that Computershare are registrars and that The Share Centre is a share dealing platform.

Many thanks for this - this makes sense! What threw me was the Computershare reference in the letter. There's a dividend due shortly so hopefully it will sort itself out.
