Been looking for a document that tells me the steps you need to follow after you've got grant of planning permission. You pay you development levy, put in commencement notice, send back you septic tank supervision documents. You reach the edge of your reason but against all the odds that authorities and tradesmen stack up against you, you finish your house and move in. Your engineer certifies your house complete. Do you have to do anything further for the planning authority ?
