Completing form SA.2

I am completing this form as executor and sole benificiary of my late husband’s will and would really appreciate advice on the following :

1. Should I choose elect or not elect to question re section 115 of succession act

2. My husband had a credit union account, I don’t know how much in the account or who the benificiary is. I have advised credit union of the death and they said they will contract the benificiary in due course. Should I just answer no as I don’t have any details?

Hi,

I filled this in a few years ago.
1. As you are sole beneficiary, then choose not elect
2. You state you are sole beneficiary, then in point 2 you state you dont know how much is in CU account and who is beneficiary , If you are sole beneficiary then they money is yours. You could also give an approx guess of €1000
