Completing a Form 12

2 quick questions on the Form 12

Does Gross Interest Received mean Gross actually paid (which I can calculate off my statements) or does it include interest accrued but not paid within the 2007 tax year?

I'm also claiming med expenses for which the Form 12 says I need to fill in a Med1. Do I need to include this when returning the Form 12 or can I complete it online at a later stage?

Q1) Interest actually paid

Q2) You can submit it later but this may require submitting a rectification to the form 12. It will certainly be simpler to submit both at the same time
