Complaint re entry on Facebook

Does anyone know the protocols/procedures for making a complaint regarding an entry on Facebook? A page has been established in the name of the company I work for with text from the website but with offensive racist material included.

A request has been made on the page to report it but nothing has happened and I need to act on this.

I have sent a report and a request for immediate removal. It is very disturbing that a Facebook group can be set up like this. The text has been copied from our website but contains additional racism and offensive comments as well as an offensive photograph.

Is there any way of tracing who is responsible for this?

I would have thought that the hosters/administrators of the site should be able to find out through logs/IP adresses etc.
