I had a friend did some training with them and recommended it, but this was more to do with giving presentations during the process rather than in competency based interviewing per se. I would have thought a lot of what is required depends on the specification of the new position, and your ability to prove you have the skills based on your present role to fulfill the new one, but I guess you know that already. In my understanding, the "what do you want to do in five years time?" aspirational kind of interview has been superceded by competency based interviewing based around concrete examples of what you can do now.
