Hi,

Does anyone know a company / individual who would provide a 'discounted' scheduled taxi service, ~3.8km from the city centre to Phibsborough on a Thursday and Friday night around 11:30pm?

Call any of the taxi firms and ask them. With all the Halo type apps around they are all under pressure for business.
