I am not sure if anyone can help, but I have a client who is looking to get a performance bond put in place. He requires one for the amount of €450,000.
If someone could direct me to a company who specialises in this I would appreciate it.
The normal banking option in Ireland isn't possible as the directors have personal debt.
The Performance Bond would be secured by a contract worth €4.5m.
