Company name registration query

Hi there,

I have a company that I trade under called FOO Technologies Limited (sorry don't want to state the real name).

I have recently become aware of a person who wishes to register a name to all intents and purposes is the same as my own. They want to register a company called FOO.

How can I go about objecting to this or does it have to be left up to the CRO?
