Company is forcing 3 weeks unpaid leave - questions about getting social welfare

I survived redundancy - but company is looking for pay cut and 3 weeks unpaid leave.

They are not providing a rp9 form but are giving a letter with employee name address and date of unpaid leave.

Will I be able to claim anything for this unpaid time? which i will be taking in 1 week blocks. over the course of 3 months.
