Company inactive - what forms to file

Hi,

My company is temporarily inactive. What forms must I file in order to stay compliant. I know I must file a form 11 yearly (putting in zeros), but do I also need to file VAT returns even if I've nothing to claim? What other forms must I file?

- Corporation Tax Form CT1 & accounts schedule
- Companies Registration Office B1 & attachments (accounts)
- Directors Form 11 ( must be filed once a director but even if income from that company is nil all income for the year must be filed )
- Any VAT, PAYE/PRSI, RCT or other tax returns for which you are registered.
 
Just to clarify, I must fill these in even if there is not VAT, PAYE/PRSI activity or any kind of activity at all?

Once a return has issued it must be filed, even if that is a "nil return". if you do not want returns to continue issuing then you need to contact Revenue to have the relevant registrations cancelled.
