I heard today that even if you resign as a company Director, you are still "responsible" for that company for a year? Is this true? (there are more than 2 other directors)
You are responsible for all actions of the company up to the point of your resignation for as long as they have affected people. Indeed even the act of resignation itself could be deemed to be a reckless action if it left the company in further danger.
