Company Director & PAYE Tax

Hi all,

I am working as a contractor now (in fact, I am a director of my own company and sell my services to another company). Could I, as a director, be entitled to PAYE tax?

under section 472 tca 1997 an indivual who is in receipt of emoluments chargeable to income tax under schedule E may claim this credit,

The credit is not applicable to emoluments paid by his company to a proprietary director
