company closes no notice

I am currently on sick leave and i was informed by a friend who worked with me that all the staff in the company was giving notice of redunancy.

I contacted my company and asked them why i hadnt recieved any notice as i am entilled ro redunancy as i have ten yrs service.

They told me that the part of the company i work for was not been made redunant I told them that it had to be as the shops were closed and the staff were made redunant.

They said that my position was now in head office.Since this conversation I have now learnt that head office is now closed.And everything in the office is now stacked together and labelled

What does this mean? and what can i do
Everyone else has gotten there FP50 forms bar me
Also no one has been paid the last 4 weeks does this mean a reciever will come in

I am sorry to be so long winded but this is really stressing me out

Two years due to an accident i had while on maternity leave have to attend a pain clinic on a regular basis.
 
Get some professional advise , but as far as I know you can be let go without redundancy.
 
Thanks for your reply.I rang NERA and they said that i was entilled to redundancy as i havent been given notice of termination or even my P45.
When i rang the company last week the head in accounts told me that my job was here when i returned but in a different location .
Now all branches and head office is closed and i am in limbo

I will seek legal advice
